This remodel project transformed a Cape Cod-style home into a coastal haven. The renovation began downstairs, where a new kitchen layout, flooring, and wall coverings were introduced. Light colors, brass, and nickel finish hardware were used to create a refined yet relaxed coastal atmosphere.

Light white oak hardwood floors, textured wallcoverings, and soft light grey paint expanded the space, giving it a cool and fresh feel. The second phase focused on the Primary suite, featuring wall paneling, a custom-designed bed and bedding, and coastal-inspired furniture.
The bathroom boasts white marble mosaic flooring, a deep grey vanity, honed quartzite countertops, luster handmade tiles, and timeless fixtures. Both renovated areas beautifully capture the essence of southern California coastal living.

"It was a pleasure working with Joseph Rodrigues (JR) on our complete remodel. We are so happy to wake up to a glorious kitchen with a breakfast nook & coffee bar every morning! We get so many complements on the colors, layout, appliances, and timeless style and we couldn’t have done it without JR. He also worked with us on the redesign of our primary suite, family room fireplace, dining room furnishings, new area rugs, paint color and new flooring throughout the entire house.
JR did a great job getting to know our style, personalities, budget, timing and the overall vibe we are looking for in the design. He knows the timing on supplies, which during these crazy times, was very helpful.
JR is very dedicated to his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He drove the process and always kept us on-track with things we needed to do. JR made some design suggestions that we would have never selected on our own and we’re very happy we went with his recommendations. We would use JR again on another project and have recommended him to friends and family. JR loves his job and it shows in his beautiful designs. Thank you for everything JR!"
