We begin every inquiry with a complimentary video call to discuss key project details—scope, budget, personal style, timeline, our design process, and fee structure. If we’re a good fit, we schedule an on-site meeting or a review of architectural plans to develop a tailored design proposal. This agreement outlines the full process, including fees and deliverables, ensuring complete transparency. Once finalized, we’re ready to begin.

We begin with an in-depth client consultation, reviewing our design questionnaire and discussing every aspect of the project—from wish lists and design preferences to color palettes and materials. Simultaneously, we conduct a detailed site analysis, gathering measurements, photographs, and existing architectural plans.
This foundational work guides our creative process. We explore aesthetics through conceptual imagery, develop space plans, and curate materials and finishes that align with the vision. Within weeks, we refine these elements into a comprehensive Concepts Presentation, bringing the entire design vision to life.

Once the design concept is approved, we move into the development phase, refining every detail over the course of several weeks. We create a comprehensive Design Proposal, a blueprint that includes scaled plans, elevations, detailed drawings, and all elements of the chosen design. Alongside this, we provide estimates and pricing for decorative finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, ensuring a clear path forward for project execution.

This is where the vision comes to life. We begin by preparing the Finish Schedule, or "Spec Book"—a detailed document outlining all approved designs, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. Final drawings and specifications are shared with all project collaborators, ensuring clarity at every stage.
We work closely with general contractors, builders, and manufacturers to ensure seamless execution, providing project oversight as needed. This includes site visits, direct coordination with fabrication teams, and monitoring deliveries to keep everything on track. With precision and attention to detail, we bring the design to its full realization.
